The school year begins with "Band Camp" where this year's halftime show is organized and the students begin to learn their movements and the memorize all the music.

The Pride of the Parkis the Woodland Park High School Marching Band, which has placed in the top ten in state the last three years. Band Director is Daren Dukart assisted by Bryan Critchlow and numerous parents.
